Non-refundable application fee of $45 is required only if you are changing your degree program
Some department admission committees request a re-evaluation of the student’s academic records. So please contact the Director of Graduate Studies in your department regarding re-admission criteria.

FSR’s readmitted to the University must be cleared by the following offices:
