Failure to enroll in these courses in Spring 2007 will be
considered as a withdrawal of interest in the program.

Part 2:
The final application package will consist of the following
supporting documents and updated information:

Statement of interest (no more than 500 words)

Current official university transcript

PLEASE NOTE
Travel
and accommodations will be provided for selected students. Students
will be responsible for their own food and incidentals.
Students will be selected
through an open competition. A committee appointed by the Dean of
the
Graduate
School
will review applications. Acceptance into the Brazil Summer Study
program will be based on the strength of the application and
satisfaction of pre-requisite courses (Portuguese and On-line
courses). Registration and enrollment in required courses do not
guarantee acceptance into the program. Notification of the final
decisions for the Brazil Summer Study program will be made by email.
