Hood Presentation Ceremony For Master's & Ph.D. Candidates

Date -         Thursday, May 10, 2007 
Time -        2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Location:   Main Campus -
                    Cramton Auditorium,
                    2455 Sixth St. N.W.

General seating for all guests will take place between
12:30 pm- 1:30 pm.
Processions begin 1:45 pm;
General seating will not take place between 1:30 pm- 2:00 pm.

Degree candidates, alumni, and faculty members will robe and report to designated line-up areas no later than 12:30 p.m.

Designated Line-Up Areas:

Platform Guests - Carnegie Bldg 2nd Floor
Faculty- Childers Hall (Fine Arts Gallery)
Ph.D. Candidates - Cramton Auditorium Lower Level
Master's Candidates - Aldridge Theatre

Faculty members should report to designated areas no later than 12:15pm. All lines will execute from designated area to lobby of Cramton promptly at 1:15 pm.
