- Talk to the Director of Graduate Studies and a professor in your chosen field

Sit in on a class of a subject that interests you.
- Take a campus tour.
- Campus tours are by appointment with a minimum of fourteen days advance notice preferred.
- Tours are conducted Monday through Friday, between the hours of 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.
- To schedule a campus tour contact the Office of Student Recruitment via e-mail at campustour@howard.edu or call (202) 806-2755 or 800-822-6363 Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. eastern time.
- Walking tours of the University's main campus are led by a Student Ambassador. The walking tour includes visits to academic buildings, a library, and a dormitory.
