     Please disseminate the following to as many individuals as possible. I strongly suggest at a minimum the following precautionary measures:

  1) Raise any sensitive equipment or materials off of your office floors

  2) Cover sensitive materials and equipment with plastic drop sheets or   
          tarp in case of ceiling leakages

  3) Remove the equipment

  4) Back up sensitive information on your computers

  5) Advise your students of emergency procedures and preparation
