E. McNair Program Office in the Graduate School
and provide the following:

Should Apply
Any Howard University undergraduate
student who:
Plans to apply to graduate school and
intends to pursue a doctoral degree
(Ph.D.) within two years of completing
the baccalaureate degree.

Has a minimum of 50 credit hours
at time of applying

Plans to graduate after the completion
of the McNair summer experience
-
Has a cumulative grade point
average of at least a 3.0
-
Has U.S. citizenship or a permanent
resident of the United States
