Application Steps and Deadlines (Download Application)
Steps: The following steps should be followed for application for the REMS Mobility Program.
- The student submits his/her application file to their home university to the graduate unit in charge of the REMS program*.
- A selection committee will decide on their preliminary acceptance and will further this application to the host institution.
- Once the host institution accepted the students, based on the necessary prerequisites for acceptance in their programs, the student is informed on his/her acceptance
- Following the final acceptance to the exchange program the necessary mobility steps are taken. Both the home and host universities will assist the student in arranging visa and housing.

Deadlines :
Students should submit their applications 6 months before the start of the semester at the host university. Later applications may be considered, but no guarantees are provided.
Documents : Students must include in their application file the following documents:
- a motivation letter indicating how the proposed exchange program would contribute to their degree
- the completed application form (Download Application)
- Curriculum Vitae
- grade records
