Application Steps and Deadlines (Download Application)

Steps: The following steps should be followed for application for the REMS Mobility Program.

  1. The student submits his/her application file to their home university to the graduate unit in charge of the REMS program*.
  2. A selection committee will decide on their preliminary acceptance and will further this application to the host institution.
  3. Once the host institution accepted the students, based on the necessary prerequisites for acceptance in their programs, the student is informed on his/her acceptance
  4. Following the final acceptance to the exchange program the necessary mobility steps are taken. Both the home and host universities will assist the student in arranging visa and housing.

Deadlines :

Students should submit their applications 6 months before the start of the semester at the host university. Later applications may be considered, but no guarantees are provided.

Documents : Students must include in their application file the following documents:

  • a motivation letter indicating how the proposed exchange program would contribute to their degree
  • the completed application form (Download Application)
  • Curriculum Vitae
  • grade records
