Agreements on Tuition: According to the “Academic Cooperation Agreement” we apply the principle that each exchange student will continue to pay tuition to his or her home institution and that no tuition is to be paid at the host institution.

FOR EU STUDENTS:

Exchange students in the REMS project receive a grant of 3000 Euro for a period of a semester (3 months) at one of the American partner universities.

FOR US STUDENTS:

Students in the Exchange program receive a stipend of $3,000 to assist in their costs of living at the host university. In addition to this stipend, the exchange student may be eligible for an additional $1,500 in language training, depending on the language of the host university and country.

Students should be informed on their continued eligibility to obtain federal financial aid during the period of study abroad.
