Developing a common graduate level curriculum in race, ethnicity and migration studies including the perspectives of the African diaspora, the United States Latino community, the Native American community, and of the various European contexts.

Achieving the representation in this curriculum of expertise from several academic areas, including but not limited to: race relations, migration studies, economics, sociology, anthropology, history, languages, and political science.

Instituting this curriculum at each partner institution as a graduate level certificate in race, ethnicity and migration studies.

Enabling more than 50 students to enroll in and complete this certificate program in all partner institutions.

Enabling more than 20 students to enroll in and complete this certificate program with the program being followed in both the United States and in Europe .

Organizing a conference on the subject of the US and European perspectives on race, ethnicity and migration studies.

Developing a number of joint research papers by U.S. and European authors which be published.
